Laico Center opened on the brand's 47th anniversary — six floors of retail, leisure and family life, from home goods and fashion to a fitness club, beauty centre, bookstore and seaside restaurant.
Given Laico's range, the redesign is built on the idea of the Zone: each floor its own distinct world, held together as one complex inspired by northern rice fields and coastal light.
Its architecture is inspired by northern rice fields and the softness of fabric — a fluid, interwoven form.
